The occupation arrests a young man from Balata camp, east of Nablus

On Friday morning, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Nablus and surrounded a house in the Balata refugee camp in the east, before arresting a young man from inside the house.

Local sources reported that a special force from the occupation army stormed Balata camp and surrounded a house, followed by a number of occupation vehicles storming east of the city, which led to the outbreak of confrontations with young men.

The sources added that the occupation forces raided the house after besieging it, and arrested the young man, Ahmed Samir Hashash, before withdrawing from the place, noting that the occupation vehicles damaged a number of citizens’ vehicles during the raid.

The occupation forces had stormed the eastern area of ??the city of Nablus, at dawn on Friday, to secure the colonists’ storming of Joseph’s Tomb.

PSD warns of unstable weather conditions

Amman: The Public Security Department (PSD) warned of unstable weather conditions and urged the public to exercise caution.

The PSD warned of the possibility of flash floods in the afternoon hours of tomorrow for a short period in the southeastern regions.

Additionally, it urged drivers to drive carefully because of the possibility of slick roads in rainy weather and reduced horizontal visibility from dust, particularly in the Badia regions.

The department called on the public not hesitate to call 911 in case of emergency.

7 dead, 32 injured in road accidents countrywide yesterday – Traffic Department

Amman: According to figures from the Traffic Department, there were 521 traffic incidents yesterday, Thursday, that resulted in seven fatalities and thirty two injuries.

The department clarified that dangerous infractions committed carelessly were the cause of the ongoing carnage on the roadways, leading to tragic accidents. One of them did not have a valid driver’s license, and a few of them had a history of major infractions, like running a red light, going above the speed limit, and using a phone while operating a vehicle.

The department affirmed that it is putting in constant effort to ensure everyone using the roads is safe as well as to stop and deal with infractions.

SECURITY UPDATE: ENEMY AIRCRAFT RAIDS THE CENTER OF KFAR KILA, TWO MARTYRS IN ISRAELI ENEMY DRONE STRIKE ON VEHICLE ON MAIDOUN-SRAIRA ROAD

National News Agency correspondent in Marjeyoun reported that enemy aircraft raided the center of the southern Lebanese town of Kfar Kila.

The enemy’s air raid on Kfar Kila targeted a house in the town and completely destroyed it.

Additionally, NNA correspondent in west Beqa reported that two martyrs fell in an Israeli enemy drone strike that targeted their car on the Maidoun-Sraira road.

Ambassador Al-Khalidi presents credentials to President of Honduras

Tegucigalpa: In a ceremony held at the presidential palace in Tegucigalpa, Ambassador Qasim Al-Khalidi presented, yesterday, his credentials to the President of the Republic of Honduras Iris Xiomara Castro Sarmiento.

Ambassador Al-Khalidi conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II to the President of the Republic of Honduras, Xiomara Castro, and his wishes to the friendly people of Honduras for further progress and development.

In turn, President Castro asked to convey her greetings and appreciation to His Majesty King Abdullah II, praising His Majesty’s wise policy.

She also expressed her government’s interest in strengthening and developing bilateral relations, wishing the Kingdom and the Jordanian people continued progress and prosperity.
