Sports practices, Girl Scout meetings and co-working spaces are all in Hoboken Grace’s vision for its recently purchased building, the former Bow Tie Cinemas. To transform the 14th Street building into a multi-purpose, rentable space, the church plans to remove the seating in all but one of the theater rooms and transform the mezzanine level into a WeWork-esque co-working space for local non-profits, said lead pastor, the Rev.Chris High.
