The Nigerian Federal Government has disputed that the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos State, South West Nigeria, is hazardous or’shaking.’ The news that the Bridge had ‘opened up’ and was’shaking’ went viral on social media. The bridge is safe to use, according to the Federal Ministry of Works’ Director of Press and Public Relations, Boade Akinola.
