The Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education Association and the telecommunications company Zain on Saturday renewed a strategic agreement that was originally signed nearly a decade ago, making Zain the sponsor of the award ceremony. The agreement was signed by the executive director of the association Lubna Touqan and Zain CEO Fahad Aljasem. According to a statement, Touqan lauded the company’s role and sponsorship of the ceremony, and its interest in participating in creating the positive and distinguished impact that the association aspires to promote in the educational field. For its part, the company underscored its commitment to providing support to enhance the education sector and advance the educational process as part of its role and efforts to support vital sectors and in line with the Sustainable Development Goals on quality education, decent work and economic growth, and partnerships that are adopted by the company in all its programs and initiatives.
