Harris: It’s time to end the suffering in Gaza

Jerusalem – Ma’an – US Vice President Kamala Harris said on Thursday that the assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Yahya Sinwar by Israel is a step forward in eliminating the threat Hamas poses to Israel.

“This moment gives us an opportunity to finally end the war in Gaza, and it is time to end the suffering in Gaza and start the next day without Hamas in power,” Harris said at a news conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, today.
