Damascus, Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad, said on Thursday that in contrary to the western collective stance that falsely claim the Zionist entity’s right to self- defense, the International Court of Justice has stressed, in a former verdict, that Israel has no right to do so because it is an occupying state.
“Masks of Western countries, and those who support them, have fallen, to justify their acts under Article No. 51 of the UN charter, and it has become crystal clear that self-defense logic in the case of genocide and war crimes perpetrated by the Israeli fascism, is nothing but a green light for Israel to kill the Palestinians as they struggle to establish their state on their land,” Mikdad twitted on X.
“The number of Palestinian children killed by the Israeli malice rose to more than 4000,” Mikdad added.
