MUSCAT: A World Bank delegation visited the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) on Wednesday

The delegation is currently in a visit to the sultanate as part of efforts to strengthen the country’s economic competitiveness as part of an agreement signed with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to re-evaluate Oman’s investment position, registration procedures and laws governing investments, a press release said.

The delegation was briefed on PEIE’s vision to enhance Oman’s position as a leading regional centre of manufacturing, ICT, innovation and entrepreneurial excellence.
