KHARTOUM, Turkey is willing to cooperate with Sudan, in agricultural investments, Musallam Ahmed Al-Amir, Sudan’s state minister of finance, said on Wednesday.
“Turkey expressed readiness to enter into agricultural investments with Sudan,” Al-Amir told reporters, after Sudanese President, Omar al-Bashir, received Turkey’s Vice President, Fuat Oktay, in Khartoum.
Al-Amir further said that, Turkey also expressed willingness to establish partnerships with Sudan, in fields of gold and oil.
During the visit of Turkey’s President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to Khartoum, last Dec, the two countries signed 12 cooperation agreements.
