UNIFIL spokesperson Andrea Tenenti confirmed today in a statement, ‘UNIFIL continues its work and implementation of its activities, in coordination with the Lebanese authorities, including joint patrols with the Lebanese Armed Forces…Nothing has changed in this regard.’
He added: “We are committed to working closely with the Lebanese Armed Forces to calm positions and reduce tensions on the ground.”
