Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has stressed the country’s keenness to boost its relations with all countries through cementing relations and achieving strategic partnership and co-operation.
The President said this here Monday when he received the credentials of the new ambassadors of India and and Japan to Sudan. Also present was State Minister for Foreign Affairs Mohamed Abdalla Idris, who lated told the media that the president confirmed in his remarks to the two ambassador that he would fully support them in their efforts to develop further the ties between each country and the Sudan.
He added that President Bashir made it clear that Sudan’s relations with Japan and India are historic and eternal.
The two foreign diplomats also underlined their keenness to create strategic relationships with Sudan, said the State Minister.
The Japanese ambassador said his country would work for further co-operation and partnership with Khartoum while the Indian ambassador said his country’s relations with Sudan are outstanding and distinguished and he would work to boost them further in all domains.
