KUWAIT, Apr 6 – All Kuwait Airways’ aircraft are equipped with prevention radars and the pilots are capable to act professionally, in case another plane approached the KAC (Kuwaiti Airways Corporation) planes in the skies, the KAC has affirmed.

The KAC, in a statement released late on Sunday, said, the aircraft radar, of flight 205, heading to Islamabad two days ago, was activated, once a Singaporean aircraft in the air approached the Kuwaiti plane.

The pilot reacted properly and evaded it, with no trouble at all, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

The Kuwaiti plane was flying at an altitude of 33,000 feet, when the radar emitted the warning.

Simultaneously, the Pakistani air observation tower gave a permit to the Singaporean aircraft to elevate its flying course from 28,000 feet to 34,000 feet, thus causing the radar on the Kuwaiti plane to emit the warning, KUNA reported.
