Bethlehem – Together – Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, confirmed that the enemy is delusional if he thinks that his massacres will stop the resistance, stressing that the resistance continues and will not stop except with the departure of this occupier from our land and our sanctities.
Haniyeh said – in his speech on Tuesday evening, in response to the Baptist Hospital massacre committed by the occupation -: Those who committed the Baptist Hospital massacre are the ones who committed the Sabra and Shatila massacre, and they are the ones who committed the Bahr Al-Baqar School massacre, and they are the ones who killed prisoners of the Egyptian army, and they are the ones who violated all the values that he knows. Man is this simple.
He added: This massacre is borne by this enemy, which struck a hospital, a mosque, and a church in the same place, and the Americans who gave unlimited cover to this enemy committing these massacres bear responsibility for it.
He expressed his stand with all the families of the martyrs, and said: Your blood is the blood of all of us, it is the blood of all this people, your blood is the blood of all this nation and its people, the blood of all the free people of the world and people of conscience.
He stressed that this blood, despite its abundance, will remain a light and a fire, a light for those walking the path of freedom and dignity, and a fire against this usurping enemy.
He called on our Palestinian people everywhere, especially in the occupied West Bank, in Jerusalem, in Jerusalem, and in 1948, to come out now in all the cities and in all the streets.
He said: O our people, oh our people, oh our brave youth in the West Bank, come out now in all the cities, villages and camps. Stop in the face of this occupier and in the face of these invading settlers. We are one people, we are one blood, one destiny, and we will also, God willing, together create a promising future for our Palestinian people.
He also called on the peoples of the entire Arab and Islamic nation to come out now to denounce this massacre, this brutality, and these crimes. Go out in all the capitals, in all the cities, and raise your voice loudly so that this enemy will stop and for this nation to stand united in one trench, regardless of its different geography, affiliations, sects, and ethnicities, because we are facing the writing of history, stressed Haniyeh
. However, these war crimes, this genocide, are borne by those who provided cover in the Security Council and refused to condemn this occupation and this aggression.
He said: In front of this massacre and this blood, we emphasize that the enemy is delusional who thinks that these massacres and massacres will cover up his resounding defeat or will push our people to surrender because we are a people who love martyrdom.
I call on all the free people of the world, the United Nations, the Security Council, the United Nations General Assembly, and the human rights and legal institutions, and I call on the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to explicitly and clearly condemn this hideous massacre.
He called for a clear condemnation of this mass killing, this permissibility of the blood of our children, women and elderly. This silence must absolutely not continue.
He called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which will meet in Saudi Arabia tomorrow, to have a strong and clear position.
He said: Our confidence is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in all the Arab and Islamic countries hosted tomorrow in Jeddah, and our confidence is high that this blood will not be wasted and this nation and these meetings will not pass by unnoticed.
