Gaza: During the last 24 hours, the Israeli occupation forces killed 104 people and injured 160 more in ten massacres targeting families in the Gaza Strip.

For the 140th day of the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported in its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded that many victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, and that the occupation is making it difficult for ambulance and civil defense crews to reach them.

President Bashar al-Assad congratulated his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of the Russian Defenders of the Fatherland Day.

President al-Assad said in a telegram published by the Presidency of the Republic on its Instagram page: ‘Through you, I convey my congratulations to the Russian military establishment, which shows high efficiency and effectiveness in defending Russia’s lands and protecting its national interests.

President al-Assad hailed the heroism of the Russian armed forces and their courage showed in the Syrian-Russian battle waged against terrorism on Syrian soil.

President al-Assad said that the great accomplishments achieved on the ground are one of the aspects of effective cooperation that links the military establishment in the two countries.

One million Gazans take shelter at UNRWA’s facilities

Amman: The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said that the agency’s buildings and surrounding areas are providing shelter to one million people in the Gaza Strip, the majority of whom are children and the elderly.

In a publication distributed by the Palestinian media on Friday, UNRWA declared that there is no safe haven in the Gaza Strip and that over 400 individuals perished in Gaza while trying to find refuge in the organization’s buildings.

Israeli occupation attacks worshipers, prevents access to Al-Aqsa Mosque

Occupied Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces, on Friday, attacked worshipers in the vicinity of Lions Gate, one of the gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque, in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

They were also stopped from entering the mosque to perform prayers, as well as in the nearby neighborhood of Wadi Al-Joz, and a Jerusalemite child was taken into custody.

Eyewitnesses told the Jordan News Agency (Petra)’s correspondent that in addition to setting up military checkpoints and stopping and searching Jerusalemites in order to keep them from entering the Old City and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the occupation soldiers also attacked many of them.
