FIRST GERMAN PARTICIPATION WITH JORDAN IN AIRDROPPING AID TO GAZA

Today, Saturday, Jordan announced that its armed forces carried out five airdrops of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza in an international campaign in which Germany participated for the first time, according to “Russia Today”.

The Jordanian “Petra” news agency said in a statement that “the humanitarian aid included medical and food supplies that were dropped over several sites in the northern Gaza Strip, with the participation of two C130 aircrafts from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, one of which carried out a landing of urgent medical aid on the Jordanian field hospital, and “Gaza 77”, an aircraft belonging to the Republic of Egypt, and another belonging to the United States of America, as well as an aircraft belonging to the Federal Republic of Germany, which is its first participation with the Jordanian Armed Forces.

It added: “The process of disembarking Jordanian aid came in cooperation with the Sultanate of Brunei and embodies Jordan’s firm and supportive position for the Gaza Strip, and an emph
asis on continuing to assist our Palestinian brothers in various circumstances.”

The Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed continued “humanitarian and medical aid via an air bridge to be delivered by aid planes from Marka (Amman International) Airport towards Al-Arish International Airport, or through airdrops on the Gaza Strip or ground aid convoys.”

Two dead, one injured in traffic accident in Irbid

Irbid: A 60-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man died, and a twenty-year-old man was injured in a traffic accident between two cars Saturday in the Deir Yusuf in Irbid.

A security official said civil defence personnel in western Irbid evacuated the two deaths and took the injured to Prince Rashid Military Hospital.

Cuper announces list of Syrian football team players for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Myanmar


Damascus, Syrian national football team coach Hector Cuper announced the list of national team players that will play in Myanmar on March 21st and 26th for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2027 AFC Asian Cup joint qualifiers.

The list included Ibrahim Alama, Ahmed Madaniyah, Taha Musa, Elias Hadiya, Ayham Owusu, Thaer Kroma, Amr Midani, Moayed Al-Khouly, Moayed Al-Ajan, Abdel-Rahman Wais, Amr Janiyat, Khalil Elias, Mahmoud Dahoud, Ezaquiel Al-Amm, Fahd Al-Youssef, Al-Mar Ibrahim, Ammar Ramadan, Mahmoud Al-Aswad, Daliho Erandest, Noah Chamoun, Ibrahim Hisar, Alaa Al-Dali, and Mardik Mardikian.

Our team will head for Myanmar on Saturday evening in preparation for meeting its national team in the first leg, and will face it again in the Saudi city of Dammam in the return match.

More than 80 martyrs in the ongoing occupation massacres in Gaza strip


Occupied Jerusalem, More than 80 civilians were martyred and dozens injured, at dawn on Saturday in several massacres perpetrated by Israeli occupation in multiple areas of Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation army bombed a (seven-storey) residential building housing displaced persons near al-Shifa Hospital, and multiple homes in al-Nuseirat camp in central strip, resulting more than 80 civilians were martyred and dozens injured, with the majority being children and women, Palestinian media reported.

Yesterday, Israeli occupation committed 13 massacres in Gaza leaving 149 martyrs and 300 injuries, bringing the toll of the ongoing aggression on the Strip since the 7th of last October, according to the latest statistics of the Palestinian Health Ministry, to 31,490 martyrs and 73,439 wounded, while a large number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads due to the occupation preventing the access of ambulance staff and civil defense to them.

Palestinian detainee dies due to ‘medical negligence’ in Israeli prisons


Occupied Jerusalem, A Palestinian prisoner was martyred Saturday in Israeli occupation prisons as a result of the ongoing policy of deliberate medical neglect against detainees.

Palestinian detainee Juma Abu Ghanima, 26, has died in the Israeli prison of Negev due to the deterioration of his health situation and his suffering from diseases as a result of medical negligence, the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission and Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said in a statement quoted by Wafa Agency.

Number of prisoners and detainees who have died in Israeli prisons since October 7 to rose 13 martyrs due to torture and medical negligence.
