AL-AZHAR INAUGURATES KUWAIT-FUNDED CLINIC IN EGYPT

LUXOR, Egypt, Jan 10 – Al-Azhar Grand Sheikh, Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, has inaugurated a Kuwaiti-funded family healthcare clinic, in the southern Egyptian Governorate of Luxor.

In statements on Friday, Head of Kuwait charity projects office in Cairo, Ismail Al-Kandari, said that, the clinic is part of a huge 10,000-metre medical and social complex, financed by Kuwaiti donor, Abdullah Abdullatif Al-Othman.

He stated that, the clinic includes a renal, primary care, vaccination, and obstetrics units and laboratory.

He added that, the remaining parts of the projects, a public library and religious school, would be inaugurated in the coming months.
