State of calm prevails over clashes’ scenes in Tripoli, thousands of civilians flee to safer areas

OCTOBER 26, 2014 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) A state of calm currently dominates over areas which have witnessed clashes between the Army and militants in Bab Tebbaneh, while scores of civilians continue to leave their homes seeking shelter in safer neighborhoods, namely in al-Qubbah, Abu Samra and Zahrieh, for fear of renewed fighting, NNA correspondent in Tripoli reported Sunday evening.
