Salam sends condolence telegrams to Sisi, Pope Tawadros

FEBRUARY 16, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Prime Minister Tammam Salam cabled the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to offer condolences on the murder of twenty-one Egyptian citizens at the hands of terrorists in Libya, stressing his confidence “that the Egyptian people will overcome this ordeal under the wise leadership of al-Sisi.”

Salam also addressed a similar telegram to Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria whereby he denounced this terrorist act.
