MUSCAT: Oman Investment and Finance Co SAOG recently established a dedicated ‘quality centre’, which aims to enhance the quality aspects of OIFC billing operations and improve the customer service for billing of electricity and water (utilities).
Accuracy and precision would be the main focus with which this centre would function. The accomplishment of setting up the quality centre is considered to be an important step towards a higher quality of service, and is result of company’s continuous focus on efficiency.
The newly established quality centre relies on a dedicated and professional team, who operates on a customized platform of data analysis and monitoring, and operations management.
The role of the quality centre focuses towards improving the customer experience as a short-term objective and minimizing the commercial loss at electricity and water generation as a long-term objective. The quality centre was established in coordination with Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW), and Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC). “The continuous efforts of OIFC and its team to analyse, act and to resolve is our ongoing aim. Today, with establishing our quality centre is indeed a reflection of believe and dedication towards our statement – Your Satisfaction … Our Goal,” said Safrar, CEO of OIFC.
