MUSCAT: Najihat, a brand-new initiative introduced by the National Business Centre (NBC), will feature Etab al Zadjali, co-owner of Cake Gallery, on Wednesday to share her successful experience in the business field with potential entrepreneurs in the sultanate.
The event, which will be held at the Cake Gallery Mawaleh branch, aims at assisting, empowering and fostering entrepreneurs to unleash their ideas.
Najihat programme consists of four sessions every three months where ladies meet in a location of a business lady (owner) who shall share her fruitful experience in the business arena and how she started her venture.
Mulkie al Hashmi, director of marketing at NBC said, “The series of Najihat sessions are meant to utilise the skills and knowledge of Omani women and highlight inspiring stories of successful women leaders in the business field, as well as encourage other talented entrepreneurs to start their own ventures.
“Besides, the event shall present innovative ideas for potential entrepreneurs and startups and support those who are willing to enter the entrepreneurship pitch.”
NBC is an initiative of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates that aims at offering promising Omani entrepreneurs a platform to develop their business ideas and advance them into growing ventures. The centre provides business development support and guidance, training and mentoring.
