MUSCAT: More than 75 leading companies across the region and the world participated in the three-day trade expo The Home Show 2014.
The exhibition showcased some of the latest offerings, products and services associated with the ideal home environment.
Abdullah al Mukhaini, secretary of Land Registry in the Ministry of Housing (MoH), inaugurated the event.
C J Paul, chief executive officer, Global Exhibitions and Conferences, organisers of the event said, “The show promised a rewarding experience to participants and visitors alike.”
He added, “With the world’s leading brand and service providers taking part, we saw a significant rise in participants, commercial deals and business partnerships.”
The show displayed furniture, bathroom sets, kitchen appliances, doors and windows, home appliances, electronics, wall and floor coverings and lights.
Experts and property consultants, interior designers, home décor and improvement specialists, and financial institutions offering home loans, were also present.
Portugal’s leading housing products and services brand, Associação Home, also showcased an array of exciting offerings.
