March 14: We refuse coordination with army outside international coalition’s frame

FEBRUARY 18, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) March 14 Movement voiced rejection to any coordination between the Lebanese Army and any other army not affiliated to the international coalition.

March 14’s stance came Wednesday in the context of its regular weekly meeting at its headquarters in Ashrafieh, with Ali Hmadeh reading the outcome of the meeting.

“Lebanon’s affiliation to the international coalition to fight terrorism and Lebanon’s foreign minister’s participation in Jeddah and Paris conferences in this regard affirm that Lebanon should firstly and eventually be protected by its state, government and army and the international coalition,” said the movement.
