—Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Awad Asiri sought Sunday to defuse tension with Hezbollah over the Saudi-led military intervention in Yemen, voicing hope that the kingdom’s relations with all Lebanese parties would be calm in the coming stage.
Meanwhile, the Future Movement and Hezbollah are set to hold a new round of talks on May 4 despite a bitter war of words over the Saudi-led military intervention in Yemen that strained ties between the two rival influential parties and put their dialogue in jeopardy.
