FEBRUARY 19, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Drastic damages were inflicted upon a number of houses at Tyre Palestinian refugees’ camp of Jall-al-Bahr, down to the current whiteout hitting the country, National News Agency field correspondent reported on Thursday.
Tens of houses were submerged in water, as high tides penetrated into a number of dwells and even withdrawn others into the sea.
Houses’ owners urged UNRWA to find shelters for them, after Windy, the current storm, left hem homeless.
Moreover, parking lots nearby the southern coastline were all immersed in heavy rains.
Sea waves upped high to six meters, while gusty winds reached 80 km per hour, uprooting trees and scratching billboards.
