Future: Dialogue with Hezbollah necessary despite differences

APRIL 14, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) The Future parliamentary bloc convened on Tuesday under the chairmanship of its leader, Fouad Siniora, and assured that dialogue with Hezbollah was a necessity that must be maintained despite the disputes between the two parties.

MP Ammar Houri who read the final communiqué, recalled the stable positions of the Future Movement, mainly regarding the exhortation of Hezbollah to withdraw from Syria, Iraq and Yemen and thus avoid any implication “in the wars waged by Iran against the region.”

The MP also welcomed the 2216 Resolution issued by the Security Council under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, calling to comply with it and noting that this resolution was a step towards the resolution of the Yemeni crisis.
