APRIL 7, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Future parliamentary bloc members convened on Tuesday under the chairmanship of MP Samir Jisr, and called upon the government to find shipping lines for the export of Lebanese agricultural products.
MP Mohammad Hajjar, who read the final communiqué, wished that Easter would bring along hope for the resurrection of Lebanon, starting with the election of a President of the Republic.
The bloc’s spokesman hoped that the nuclear deal between Iran and the 5+1 Group would form a step in the process of transforming the Middle East into a region free of weapons of mass destruction.
He wished in the same context that the agreement would be accompanied by “a change in the Iranian policies in the region, by ceasing to export discord and religious intolerance to countries of the region.”
