MUSCAT: In addition to the wide and well established distribution coverage that FRiENDi mobile has across the entire sultanate, the Oman’s third biggest mobile service provider is now all set to serve its customers in Dakhliyah with the inauguration of its new shop in Nizwa.
A grand ribbon-cutting ceremony by chief guest Hamed bin Hamoud al Qasabi, director general of Nizwa Industrial Estate, saw the official opening of the shop recently.
The shop is strategically located on the well-known bank street near the Al Firq roundabout in Nizwa. The shop can boast of easy accessibility for customers from Nizwa and other neighbouring areas like Izki, Bahla, Al Hamra who now have a fully dedicated store to cater to their mobile service needs. Abdullah Saif al Harrasi, Nizwa shop manager, said, “This is a momentous day for all of us since this is the first FRiENDi mobile shop outside Muscat. We are extremely happy to serve customers in Nizwa and neighboring areas. The team is fully trained and dedicated to provide the best customer service as well as the necessary support to all customers’ needs and queries.”
As part of the shop opening, there were special offers for customers to get them to experience the brand and the services. The shop is open all seven days of the week, from Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 9.30pm. On Fridays the shop operates from 8am to 11am and 4pm to 9.30pm.
