El Khalil urges to end power void

FEBRUARY 19, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Deputy Anwar El-Khalil hoped in a statement on Thursday “this wide range of communications, meetings and dialogues would end the presidential vacuum,” so as to open a new page of constitutional and national work in the country.

El-Khalil noted that the difficult political and economical stage that Lebanon has reached demands from all political parties to offer concessions that preserve Lebanon, its peace, stability and entity.

The MP urged the political forces who take part in the cabinet to be keen on this institution’s work and to cling to the objective moderate approach which Prime Minister Tammam Salam has adopted in treating national issues.
