Dahr Baidar road blocked
FEBRUARY 19, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Dahr al-Baidar road was blocked on Thursday following cars skidding due to the formation of ice layers, Traffic Management Center said.
Civil Defense bulldozers are working to reopen the road.
