MUSCAT: More than 150 companies will take part in the IT, Telecom and Technology Show (Comex 2015) which will begin on April 27 under the patronage of Information Technology Authority.
Organised by the Oman International Trade and Exhibition (OITE), the participating companies will focus on modern and emerging trends in ICT that include fibre optics, cloud computing and integrated ICT solutions.
Tariq Ali, general manager of OITE said that Comex 2015 will display latest innovations and best practices. He added that local and regional companies will benefit from new ideas and technologies as well as get the chance of using communication networks provided at the fair. He said that participants and visitors will get to know about latest products.
Ali said that the last edition of Comex is expected to attract more than 95,000 consumers and 10,000 companies seeking technology from various government and private institutions in the sultanate. The show will conclude on May 1.
