Arslan: The problem lies with a structurally corrupt regime

JANUARY 6, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) The problem lies with a structurally corrupt regime rather than with electing a new president, Druze politician of the Democratic party Talal Arslan, stated during his seasonal well-wishing at Bkirki today.

Taef fathomed the spirit of sectarian and denominational divisions at the expense of identity and citizenship by rendering treason into a mere viewpoint, he concluded.

Among Bkirki’s well-wishers have been leading members of the Syrian League, cleric Saad Hamadeh, cleric Ali Binyaz of al-Mustafa University, Army Chief of Staff Brig Gen Walid Salman
