JANUARY 21, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Culture Minister Raymond Araiji described on Wednesday “Quneitra aggression as a grave incident of regional dimensions that exceed Lebanon’s borders,” expecting it to be tackled during the cabinet session.
Araiji told “Voice of Lebanon” radio that it’s inappropriate currently to lure to giving statements and analyses, stressing the need to study repercussions of this incident.
“Lebanon has adopted dissociation policy from the very beginning,” the minister said, pointing out that “Lebanon’s position from Bahrain file, as well as others, differs from that of political parties.”
Araiji welcomed Bekaa security plan as well as security plans over all Lebanese territories, underscoring that “the cabinet does not discuss the details of these plans.”
