Sawan refers to military court three men over affiliation to ISIS, Nusra

November 26, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) Military Investigative Judge, Fadi Sawan, issued on Thursday three indictments under which he referred three terror-accused men to the permanent military court, after issuing arrest warrants against each of them.

The first indictment accuses Syrian detainee, Mohammed Zakaria Ahmed, of affiliation to “Al-Nusra Front” and of carrying out terrorist acts and possessing weapons and explosive materials.

The second indictment accuses Lebanese detainee, Abdul Razzaq Tarek, of belonging to “ISIS” and of carrying out terrorist acts and possessing weapons and explosive materials.

The third decree accuses Lebanese detainee, Ali Mustafa Merhi, of belonging to “ISIS” and of performing terror acts, such as murder and attempted murder, vandalism, as well as possession of weapons and explosive materials in Tripoli.
