PAKISTAN SCHOOL MUSCAT PRAYS FOR OMAN’S PEACE AND PROSPERITY

MUSCAT: Pakistan School Muscat (PSM) recently organised an event to celebrate the 45th National Day in the junior block.

According to a press release, the event was held in the presence of Attaullah Niazi, senior principal, Khalid Jadoon, principal, PSM, Munazza Ghafoor, junior school principal, members of the Board of Directors, teachers, students and parents. The ceremony began with a recitation of verses from the Q’uran by Mohammad Shifaa Haider.

Students from the junior classes presented various programmes and prayed for peace and prosperity of the country. The students also wished His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said good health. Manahil of class IV spoke about Oman and its great heritage. The event concluded with a speech by Munazza who thanked His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani government on behalf of Pakistanis residing in the sultanate.

Niazi also prayed for His Majesty the Sultan’s good health and long life and congratulated citizens on the occasion of National Day. The event concluded with the singing of anthems of Oman and Pakistan.
