Ncoula: Full package does not mean eliminating Aoun but stressing on a genuine partnership through laws that respect true representation

November 23, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) “Change and Reform” Parliamentary Bloc Member, Deputy Nabil Ncoula, stated Monday that “once we respect the Constitution and the Law, we shall have an independent State,” noting that “a full package does not imply the elimination of General Michel Aoun, but actually highlights the need for a genuine partnership based on respecting true representation.”

Speaking in an interview to “New TV” Channel, Ncoula added: “Today, we are living a pre-independence period, for real independence is only realized when we have justice, fairness and true representation; in addition to electing a new President that stands for the people and a Parliament Council elected on the basis of a just electoral law.”
