CITY SEASONS MUSCAT WINS AGAIN AT WORLD LUXURY HOTEL AWARDS
MUSCAT: The ninth annual World Luxury Hotel Awards has recently been held in Hong Kong and City Seasons Muscat has yet again made the cut.
The Omani property has shone bright among other hospitality giants winning the title of ‘Best Family Hotel 2015’, two years in a row.
This beautiful hotel strategically located in the heart of the diplomatic area of Muscat with the picturesque backdrop of the Hagar Mountains has yet again beaten other chains to a most acclaimed international accolade. Labeled as a luxurious business hotel, City Seasons Muscat is the perfect stay in the Omani capital when traveling for work or for a weekend break away; with its overly spacious rooms and suites, subtle and accomplished service and award-winning food, the hotel is very popular with music and art lovers who enjoy their plush stay a mere five-minute drive away from the Royal Opera House.
“We are very proud of such achievement and deeply touched to be receiving a second consecutive award in the same category at the World Luxury Awards ceremony,” said Sheikh Ahmed Musallam bin Ham, vice-president City Seasons Hotels.
“City Seasons Muscat has proven we have the right strategy with our offers and quality and this is where we will be looking while planning our next openings in years to come.”
The World Luxury Hotel Awards was established in 2006 to recognise the worldwide luxury hotel industry and legendary hotels with respect to overall service excellence. Award winners raised the bar of service delivery within the industry ever since as some of the world’s top hotels compete annually to receive top honours.
Over 1,000 hotels from 145 countries were nominated to participate in the world’s most prestigious awards initiative for luxury hotels in 2015.
“We are so pleased to be on the palmarès of this prestigious award for a second consecutive time,” said Christian Palacin, general manager of the hotel.
“City Seasons Muscat is a perfect stay for modern luxury, combining comfort, service as well as food and beverage. Coming first among other international contestants is a proud accolade; we give credit to our owners for their unraveling support as well as to our staff who have been an incredible cornerstone for establishing the brand.”
Winners are purely judged on service delivery and effective management voted for by international tour operators, travel agents and hotel guests which makes the process fair and unbiased.
Growing numbers of discerning travelers around the globe are seeking excellence value, impeccable service and the highest quality these days and are now making a point of checking to see who has won a World Luxury Hotel Award before making their own travel choices.
